Winery Schipferhof

Winemaker Alois is keen on producing pure varietal wines congruent with the Styrian variety profile. Schilcher, Pinot blanc, Yellow Muscat and Sauvignon blanc will give you a highly pleasant tasting experience and are a perfect match for the delicious “Jause”:
The entire range of meat including the dark red ham of the Dwarf Zebu is produced and processed on the farm. Due to its resilience, the old breed of Turopolje pigs is ideal for the natural and simple approach to breeding so important to the Strohmaier family.

Bread and desserts, pumpkin seed oil and vinegar are also produced on the farm. They, too, testify to the striving for maximum quality to be enjoyed at a Tavern Jause, at an event in the vaulted indoor area or at breakfast when spending a farm vacation in one of the guest rooms or appartments.
