Valentina Grubacevic
Valentina Grubacevic (*1986, Croatia) graduated from the Osijek Academy of Arts in 2011. During her study years she had founded the “Student Club of Art Academy” and was awarded the Dean’s Award in 2010. Her preferred media are printmaking, drawing as well as mixed media. In 2011 Grubacevic became a member of the Croatian Association of Artists (HDLU) in Osijek. In 2013 she won a special recognition for the best graphic art installation at the “GrafičaRi” exhibition in Rijeka. Her work has been presented in numerous solo and group exhibitions. Besides teaching art, she the founder and project manager of the ReArt festival in Osijek, cooperating with art and music festivals in Croatia. She also creates designs under her trade mark “valnaa.a”.
